In August 2023 I had surgery at this location, I didn't receive a bill until December. On February 15, 2024 I had received a call from the office and a lady asking when I was going to be able to pay a bill in the amount of $6,723,93, she then informed me that I had until the end of June 2024 to finish paying it or else they would send it to collections. I explained my wife was currently unemployed and looking for a job to try and make ends meet, and we're currently working from paycheck to paycheck, the lady showed no interest in letting us continue making payments regularly each month, wasn't even open to work out a payment plan, no understanding whatsoever. Now keep in mind we also have two other bills that had to do with this same surgery, one in the amount of $821.63 and the other in the amount of $613.32, thankfully these two locations have an open mind and a heart, and have agreed to a payment plan each month. This is good news, but we have to keep our commitment of course to paying these two off each month and now we have to try and quickly pay almost $7,000.00 in the next four months. We have great credit score, but this will now change because this place is not willing to work with you in at least setting up a payment plan at all. The lady did refer us to an outside credit source that would then slap on an additional $300.00 in paying over time. So what I'm saying, "Make sure you have thousands in the bank before your scheduled for an appointment here at this place because they don't care, they will not work with you, they just want that money". I understand, we are known to never be late on our bills at all, like I said we have great credit score, but now that might or more than likely change after June for us. We're now considering and looking at everything we have until June, and if we don't have enough it will be a losing situation for us anyway, and they won't get nothing at all, send it to collections for seven years.
