MMI use to be a nice place, but not I would not send anyone else there. My sister was there in August 2021 she left in September 2021 she was in there because she had Covid Pneumonia they put her in these rooms 4144 and 4134 in one room the oxygen did not work well then they moved her to the other room . Now all of the NURSES and CNA are not bad. She stated one of the doctors act like he didn't want to touch her and didn't . Ok now back to treatment while she was in there several things that happen (1) she was not cleaned up well, (2) She be came chased and raw on her private parts she was not give a bath for real all of her private part on the body was raw her butt still has a sore ,her thighs and under her breast, She smell some kind bad from not being cleaned up or help with her bath and they let her go home stink. The Nurses and the CNAs should have known that her skin was raw in those places ,on top of that her hearing aid was lost ($ 4000+). I know that there are not enough people to care for our family members THAT IS NO excuse. They treat them any kind of way when their families cannot check on them. She stated that the food was not good. She stated that one of the CNA was very rude to her. I can go on but I will stop. My heart goes out to the patients the rating is very low 2.8
