Had upper and lower blephloplasties in both eyes with Dr Siddons would recommended charging insurance for left upper for a medical reason and cosmetic set price of $3500 for the other 3. The insurance eye cost me $2800 plus the 2000 the insurance paid. It seems my anesthesia bill and supplies were all attributed to the insured portion. Obviously should have done the other as a cosmetic saving $2000. Never explained any of the insured costs and had difficulty getting anyone to answer my billing issues.
