Had surgery here. Felt like an assembly line with no personal care at all. Should have known when I couldn't get a call from back from this center until 16 hours before my surgery that this wouldn't be the place I would recommend to friends and family. The facility is clean and has all the modern appliances. But.... This is where my good feelings stop. I had only one nurse (pre op) and the anesthesiologist besides my doctor that I would refer my friends and family to. The admin staff here are just plain rude. The recovery room nurses are rude and only care about getting their paper work done. I felt like a complete inconvenience to my recovery room nurse. I had a severe headache coming out of my general. My nurse was traded three times.. For lunch breaks. I was still very nervous and when I get nervous I talk a lot... She basically told me to shut up so she could concentrate on her paperwork.... I found her rude and uncaring. When she stepped away to do something I got myself dressed because after that statement I wanted the hell out of there.. So even after having foot and leg surgery I was pulling my clothes on and putting my other shoe on. I literally couldn't get out of this place fast enough. I just had surgery Friday.. And I will be letting my doctor know my feelings. I still have to have more surgery and I will not be returning to this location. I wouldn't want my friends or family to feel the way I felt here.... Surgery is scary regardless of your age or passed experience with surgery... I feel like these folks did a horrible job with easing my anxiety and I don't want to ever feel like I'm just a name on a schedule that they have to get through. Sorry to say.. This place is not a good choice.
