When I first arrived at 8pm 7-23-16 ~ I waited in parking lot for worker to open,I was told by the lady that I was early .She said they opened at 9pm .I informed her I planned on being early because I had question's about the question I needed to answer.I told her my paper work I recieved said be there by 8:30pm ,she then was very rude saying that was not on their paperwork and that may have been on Tri West paperwork but not ours,I suspect this older lady is a Liberal because how she places blame on eveyone else. I suggested I should just go home then but I stayed ,then she said I needed approval by dr. to sleep in recliner.I told her I called and the lady on phone told me they do have recliners for that purpose there ,the lady said noway did anyone tell me that .I reassured her I was told that, after I was about to leave her and another younger lady moved the recliner around after her saying I could not use recliner. She is just plain Rude .I sure did not fill welcome there but stayed .The paperwork suggested I bring change of clothing and needed bathroom suppLies which I did but later found out they do not have shower to clean up after they put all that gunk in your hair and all over your body for the electrodes to stay in place .I was not happy about that either,I had taken a shower and washed my hair just as requested on paperwork prior to arriving for sleep study, she laughed, saying the bathroom was down the hall .A sink and toilet about 200 feet down the hall.My point here is you call and they tell you one thing, you arrive they tell you opposite .The room had a TV but they would not let you turn it on,that made very little sense as I leave my tv on 24/7 asleep or not.The papers you are asked to fill out answering their questions are senseless in most quetions and are repetitive .The young lady that did all the work was very nice and informed me this was her second day there, not once did the older lady in charge even bother to ensure she had correctly hooked up the wiring correctly prior to beginning the study.I had fallen asleep and the girl came into my room looking under blanket for loss wires and left ,she came back in again, I ask why she did that ,she said my oxygen level had dropped.I can not feel assured the study was 100% accurate, not knowing her supervision even bothered to assure this was done properly .As I was leaving I heard laughing but the younger lady did say have a nice day.The rude lady never showed concen.I can say the older lady did answer question's without giving any answer's other than ask the doctor .I hope this will be helpful for those wishing to expect Professionalism at this sleep study place of business .My granmother is not living, however she would approve of this Overall Rating as POOR !!!! I would like to wish the young lady from Venezuela, on her second day of work there the very best~Bless your heart !!! Just because I don't understand things about a sleep study ,should not be reason for rudeness while asking question's ~~ I do not trust the results of this study and yes due to my lack of knowledge of such. I hope others sleep better there than at home, that was one question I thought was Stupid to be asked on the exit Questionnaire. In this day in time I have been accustom to being thanked for my service in the military. If you're a Veteran ,do not expect to hear that, here at Regional Health Services ~~~~ Yes I feel it is very rude to ask a patient to be sure to shower and use shampoo pror to arrival and not show the courtesy in having a shower provided upon exit as well as arrival ,I was not comfortable in even going by a drive thru on my 53 mile drive home in the am~~~~ Hopefully management will be more considerate toward others if they even read the comments.~~ My first impression of Regional is, they are bold enough to ask yet not return graditude . I will hope all other vets. research their Choice prior to using their earned Vets.Choice Card.I made that mistake ~~~ Lesson Learned ~~
