I was charged $275 for an MRI of my ankle back in May of 2016. At first I thought that was fair as I was told this would go towards my deductible. However, in August by pure coincidence I found out that CMI processed my claim as a doctor visit, billing my insurance $225 for service stating I only paid $50. Think twice before you utilize this place for your service. If you must, make sure that all services are being billed accordingly as they took payment twice for my services - once from me and once from my insurance. This is known as insurance fraud.
