I was excessively charged and was dismissed by the financial department for several months when I attempted to dispute their bill. I was told there was nothing I could do and that bill was what it was. After finally being given contact information to properly dispute my bill it took them a month and a half to respond with yet another dismissive message that ignored my evidence, my requests or my concerns.
