My friend used this facility for an emergency situation for her child. The professionalism and courtesy from the nursing staff was the worst I have ever seen. I asked one the nursed for her name and her supervisor name and ended up getting in to a diagreement because she did not want to give me the information. You could see her attitude befoe she even entered the room we were waiting in. Once she got in there she was rude, kept raising her voice. Told me I was not going to report her. Then she left the room and told her fellow workers that I threatened. A security gaurd came to the room and escorted me to the waiting room. The staff evidently feels it could do something like this if they did not agree with you. I never even threathened her and there were two others witnesses in the room and they were not questioned about the situation. Do not visit this hospital. They were not clean, friendly or knowledgeable.
