The facilty told me the day of the surgery I had a facilty fee of $143.00. I paid it after the fact that ENTAA care told me nothing about a facilty fee when they scheduled me for the surgery in October and i would just pay a $85 dollar co payment. One thing that blows my mind is that the nasal doctor ENTAA "care" and the surgery center are right next door to each other. So I paid the fees and both the girls at both offices right next door to each other told me I was all set, everything paid for. $220.00 later. I had my surgery which took 20 mins to remove a pulp out of my nose. Received a bill in the mail from ENTAA care at the end of February for 360 dollars and another bill right after for $550 dollars from Piney Orchard Surgery Center. So instead of the scheduling department with both companies educating me on the actual amount of the surgery instead of a down payment as their billing department calls i am now in a tough financial bind because the ladies at the front desk clearly don't know what they are doing. All of this could have been easily avoided by communication and neither one of these companies have professional customer service reps to be competent enough to understand what they told me. They charged me and my insurance company $5500.00 for a 20 minute surgery. I will never recommend these lieing overpaid liars to a sole and I hope anyone who goes their is fully aware of their business practices. Crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! B
