Do not use this facility. Staff was rude including manager of facility. Staff was chastising toward patient and family. Nurse argumentative about options for surgery and options limited. Price for facility quoted differently than presented when arrived. Staff violated privacy of patient and family by discussing private issue in public. Patient and family left to feel staff was aggressive, not compassionate or willing to work with family to help patient. It was their way or the high way. The bottom line is the patient's health was last on the list of priorities and making money was first on their list. Treatment received in facility in different town was phenomenal. Note facility is very small and privacy limited due to size of space.
