This organization is unbelievably incompetent and, in my opinion, less than ethical. They withheld an approved insurance refund from me of $875 for over 4 months, after having been told by the insurance company told them i was due. In other words they were paid twice for one service and were reluctant to pay the valid refund. In addition the results were not delivered to the doctor requesting the service 4 months after. The person answering the phones is extremely rude and unhelpful and in general they are very unprofessional. It took me at least 15 calls, a letter to the president (unanswered) and a complaint to the insurance company to get paid. Avoid entrusting these people with your medical needs!
