The Union MRI Center is located in the Union West Medical Plaza and is easily accessible via Independence Blvd/Highway 74. The Center has a state of the art 1.5 Tesla MRI magnet which is accredited by the American College of Radiology. All images are read by subspecialty trained radiologists with Charlotte Radiology and over 97 percent of the reports are available to the referring physicians within 8 hours. Patient satisfaction scores are very high for the Center and waiting times in the lobby are kept to minimal. The Center is able to schedule procedures when convenient for patients and same day service is readily available. The facility atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. Ground level parking is available in front of the Center.
