Beware! Because of our fairly high deductible, I made sure to call and get an estimate from this facility before my sons surgery. When we received the bill, we were shocked to see that the cost was almost twice as much as was projected. The increased cost was not due to any extra procedures/labs, but purely due to a admitted mistake on the cashier's part. Since then, their attitude has been one of "too bad, so sad". No extended repayment terms offered at all. Will never return to this facility.

I went in for a ct scan of the abdomen. The girl at admission desk proceeded to tell me they are an upfront collections company. Did not care a lick about my problem. She told me the ct scan was 7300.00 and that I would have to pay 2000 upfront before they would even consider the test. I proceeded to pay the 2000.00 had the scan which lasted less than 5 min. Went home and researched prics and the average cost for ct scan of abdomen was 3300.00. I feel like I was clearly taken advantage of because I had insurance BCBS. If I were dying and did not pay the 2000,00 upfront they would not have given it a second thought>> I will never return to this Facility. I was clearly ripped off!!!
