Personal information is only used by NewChoiceHealth, Inc. and participating medical service providers to better inform you of what a particular medical procedure will cost. At no time will this information be shared or sold to anyone other than NewChoiceHealth, Inc. or the participating medical service provider. We do not sell or trade personal information with third parties and have no intention of doing so in the future. Occasionally, we may use the general information to provide you with special promotional offers through The NewChoiceHealth, Inc. Network. How Does NewChoiceHealth, Inc. Protect Customer Information?

We use personal information only in order to provide you with the best service possible. We have security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We do not trade or sell your information to anyone and have no intention of doing so in the future.

Are Online Service Requests Really Safe?

Yes! When communicating personal information NewChoiceHealth, Inc. uses the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encode your personal information before it is transmitted over the Internet. SSL works by creating a temporary, shared "key" (similar to a digital code book) that lets only the computers on either end of the transmission scramble and unscramble information. To anyone between the sender and the receiver, including all the servers that may relay the message, the SSL transmission between is indecipherable gibberish.

Log Files

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
