I was referred by a dr in your system for an MRI. Had done as out patient and recieved a bill for almost a thousand dollars. I could get that done as outpatient test at private imaging center for around $500. Your initial bill to insurer $4,489.00 almost 10 times the real cost. even though we are making payments on your outrageous charges, i am getting calls from collection agency you employed. over all assessment: ridiculously overpriced service, lousy customer service, impersonal, incompetent, and and unconscionable billing and collection practices .

Terrible service; visited twice; each time receiving a call in advance to be on time. Both times I arrived early, and had to wait at least 45 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Second time, I arrived at 7:45 AM for an 8 AM appointment and was told to sit down. Finally I just left at 8:40 since no one had even spoken to me. If they don't have basic skills to manage the front end, why should I be comfortable with their back-end skills?
