We did a lot of research on places to go have test done! Carolina Imaging was absolutely the best way to go all the way around. Best staff and very cost effective! best service I ever had. At Anderson radiology I felt like I was just a number! Carolina imaging you are treated like family.

I drove 45 minutes for my appointment and arrived 5 minutes late because I was unfamiliar with the area and got a little turned around. When I walked in the receptionist greeted me and called me by name as if she was expecting me. I signed in while she made a call to the back. A few minutes later when she got off the phone she told me that the technician had just clocked out and wouldn't be back. I honestly thought it was a mistake or she was joking at first. When I realized she was serious I explained I had taken time off work and drove 45 mins for my appointment to get a CT Scan. The manager/owner of the practice came out and told me the same thing, that the technician decided to leave and refused to come back. She then said I'll be right back and went to ask the X-Ray Technician if she knew how to do a CT Scan. I was mortified. When the manager returned she had the audacity to tell me she hoped her X-Ray Technician would know how to do my CT Scan. I was speechless. The manager was happy to reschedule my appointment for a week later once the Technician returned from vacation. Now it all made sense. My appointment was 11:30 on the Friday before the Technician's vacation. You couldn't pay me to reschedule with Carolina Imaging. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
