The Billing department is STILL making the same mistake with the authorization they didn't extend 6 months later after I went there for my daughter's birth. Despite dozens of 3-way conference calls with and letters from my insurance, they continue to re-submit the wrong bill (mine instead of my daughter's) and without the pre-authorization they should have done 6 months ago. No matter how many times my insurance and I keep telling them in writing and over the phone with multiple managers, the billing people are completely inept. Not worth it to go there.
