You can't get anyone at this office to call you back or explain billing. They are very vague with everything and definitely do not convey how they operate or what to expect. Although the Dr. is great the office and system is not. I don't know if they are too busy to deal with their patients or are just a racket of a Dr.'s office.

You can't get anyone at this office to call you back or explain billing. They are very vague with everything and definitely do not convey how they operate or what to expect. Although the Dr. is great the office and system is not. I don't know if they are too busy to deal with their patients or are just a racket of a Dr.'s office.
