The Billing department is horrible! Beware of them. The facility and on site staff were great. It's the billing process that has become a nightmare. They will accept your payments and still send you to collections. Shifty folks.

What a joke!! The doctors and nurses were fine, cordial, professional, personable. Billing leaves all to be desired. Overhauled. 1. I attempted on numerous occasions to reach the CP Surgery Center at the only number provided 720-974-6499. This is a bogus number as it goes to a prerecorded message with no options, no possibility of leaving a message. (For the pure aggravation of it, I left my phone run for an hour to make sure someone didn't just "step away". No one answered, the prerecorded message just continued to play.) 2. As is apparently their policy, I was forced to pay for my co-pay portion of surgery up front. btw, How do you figure that out??? It would have been nice if CPSC would tell you up front you would need to pay this up-front charge! 3. The amount I had to pay exceeded the amount they actually needed. Great! No one answers the phone, I have no contact info. No billing company info. I suppose the invoice I received at check-in will show something...Oh wait, I didn't receive any paperwork other than my cc receipt. How convenient! You can imagine with these experiences to date, what kind of review I am going to provide.

I had surgery in March and had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk to the final discharge nurse were friendly, helpful and professional. I got sick 4 days after my surgery and when my doctor wouldn't address the possibility of the anesthesia as the problem I called the surgery center and the heard nurse talked to me and then called the anesthesiologist for me. She eventually got the anesthesiologist to call me. She didn't need to do this, but it was greatly appreciated. I would give 5 stars, but the a patient should be able to get a hold of the anesthesia group with questions if need be.
