Starting from arrival, there was not enough seating in the lobby. The receptionist was very helpful and addressed us right away. The staff in general was courteous but after the colonoscopy, I felt rushed to get out of recovery room. My biggest compliant would be that they use a nurse anesthetist who gives propofol for sedation for the procedure ,we were not offered any other options (of which there are) and most insurance companies do not cover the cost of nurse anesthetist. Be careful of this before you go in for your procedure or you will be stuck with a very expensive bill. You should call your insurance company before hand. If not covered ask what your other options are.
