ALL AROUND IMBECILIC!. OMG MY SENIOR MOM WAS BASICALLY ABUSED BY THEIR IGNORANCE AND NASTY GREATER THAN THOU ATTITUDES. THEY EVEN SENT HER HOME WITH HER MACHINE AND INCORRECT TUBING, (NOT THE ONE SHE BROUGHT)MAKING HER UNABLE TO USE IT. SHE HAS NOW GONE 3 NIGHTS WITHOUT SLEEP WHILE WE WAIT FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO SEND PROPER TUBING. please...PLEASE....Write reviews about these animals so another better company can get this contract!!! only reviews will change this.

DO NOT GO HERE i was left out side for over an hour, they would not let me in todo my study, they treat people like shit. No info on the door on how to get in waited and waited then told i was late and i had to re schedule, I planed my week around this test. DO NOT GO HERE WHAT EVER YOU DO.

More than agree with all of the negative comments --WORST SLEEP LAB EVER!!! i have had severe sleep apnea for 15 yrs. so i was only going for adjustment of my settings. i was told that was not how they did things -- i needed the 2-part study -- regardless. Never got any instructions on what to expect or bring with me even though i called to ask if i should bring my mask -- never got a call back. i was made to feel it was my fault that i was not aware of the requirements of their facility.) when i explained that i had not been told to NOT sleep with my CPAP -- the attitude was obvious. if i had spoken to someone i could have explained that i was allergic to regular tape and brought my own -- i now have marks on my face and neck from the sensors and tape that should have not been on me in the first place. The acoustics are HORRIBLE -- i heard all the conversations and the two attendants who were watching a movie and laughing -- my total sleep time according to them was 2 hours cumulative (that is suspect) i was so bleary-eyed and tired when i left i am surprised i made it home. and guess what my doctor still has not gotten the results 3 weeks later. AND PLEASE DO NIOT TRY TO CONTACT THEM -- no answer

Yesterday was my first time at a sleep clinic, I can say that the stuff was welcoming and did all the process pretty quick, I have no complains. I can say that I wasn't sleeping well with all the wires around me but, I don't think that they can change that. My advice is to take a good sleeping pill before and everything will be just great. For my experience it was ok for me, just a tough night with maybe 2 hours in total.

Staff was wonderful, lab very clean. I would tell all my family and friends to have a sleep study there.. Thank you southern Nevada sleep center..

This place is the worst in customer service. I did a sleep study with them and did not receive a follow until after 3 months. I received a referral letter from Lorena of UMC asking me to call the 702-697-5530 number and for three weeks now, all I get is a recording stating they would call me back between 24-48 hours. The said thing is I never received any call back. I would find a way of getting this study center reprimanded by government authorities for their lack of attention to their clients. They don't deserve to be in the business of customer service.

Working with their front office is very difficult. Their primary objective is to get paid, beyond that, they don't care. They lock you out of the building until almost time for the sleep study, and you had better be waiting by the door when they let you in, I was told that my doctor would have the sleep study results after 4 weeks, Four weeks later, my doctor did not have the results, so that was a waste of everybody's time. They do not deserve to stay in business. I hope that I can get treatment before I lose my job for daytime sleepiness.

The staff seems uneducated, belligerent, and highly unprofessional. Which would be acceptable if they were able to do their job. They can not do their job but will act as if it is your fault. They are unable to do the minimum required to complete an acceptable level of medical competence. They won't return phone calls. They "don't do no emails" or speak proper english. I had to ask her if she was high or drunk as she couldn't follow a conversation. They won't handle medical records confidentially as required by HIIPA. They will not release copies of medical records as required by law. Their billing system is highly sketchy enough to prompt an insurance company to audit their billing. On every site I went to, I saw nothing but 1 star reviews. Yet they claim they have no complaints. If you are required by your insurance to go here, appeal the referral and go elsewhere. Please complain so that insurance companies will send their patients elsewhere.

They do not answer their phones!!! I have left several messages regarding my results from the first part of my study of 7 weeks ago and still waiting to hear back from them. My primary care physician referred me to them. If I had seen all of these negative comments before I was scheduled, I would have NEVER step foot in there. They treat their patients as if they are doing them a favor. I will contact my health insurance company and see if I can go elsewhere for the continuation of my treatment services.

After reading the previous reviews, I was very hesitant to even go to my appointment. I had the sleep study last night and want to let people know that the gentleman who assisted me was professional and helpful. He was clear and answers all my questions. The billing part of the company is much less professional. I was told that if I called during the day of my study that I could put the charges on my credit card. I called all day and got no answer. Finally just took my check book and paid that night. I don't know how long it will take me to get my results but will get back to you when I find out how prompt they are.

This center is OLD and OUTDATED. There are severall other sleep centers that are like hotels. There isn't even a night stand for you and the furniture is ripped and bedspreads hang on the floor. The WORST. The staff is fine, it's the facility. LOW GRADE. Wear your ear plugs and take sleep aides. NO bathrooms in the rooms!

It has been one year since my husband went in for his sleep study and the Dr still has not received the results. This place states "this patient has never been here". Very frustrating that we have to start the process all over to get very much needed CPAP machine.

DO NOT GO HERE! After speaking with them on 3 different occasions, ALL three times, the lady on the phone was UNBELIEVABLY rude! Quite surprised they even have 2 stars. Your initial contact with customers is extremely imperative and the biggest reflection of your business. Last conversation was a call cancelling the appt for COVID-19, AFTER my husband had already arrived. When I asked if they had any additional information as to why the phone call AT the time of his appointment or if they knew anything about a follow up, a lady in the background yelled “it’s not our fault!!”.... not once did I blame a single soul, was just asking if they had additional info. This business should be ashamed of who they have representing them! We will NOT be going back, we’ll find another business who cares about their patients.
