The staff was great, the nurses were wonderful. The surgery was for my one year old daughter so everyone did a great job making sure we were both comfortable. But They required payment up front for the surgery before submitting it to my insurance, so they estimated the charges. They ended up over charging me $600 and two months later I still have not seen a refund! I would recommend but have them submit everything to your insurance first before you pay the remaining owed.

I've had two cataract surgeries at the Harvard Park Surgery Center. On both occasions I found the staff to be friendly and very professional. The Center's cost was conveyed to me several days before my surgery and the cost when I arrived was as quoted. The Center was very clean and all precautions were taken to prevent the spread of any diseases.

Everyone with whom I interacted was warm, friendly, understanding of my anxiety, reassuring, and appeared to be quite competent. My questions were answered, and my requests were met to my satisfaction. I have only positive memories of my experience.
