They have everyone show up at 4:30 a.m. no matter what time the procedure is. Sometimes as late as 8:30 or 9:00. The waiting room is freezing and the tv is blaring. I had a bad reaction to the numbing eye drops and one nurse told me to stop moaning because I was scaring the other patients. One nurse yelled at the ambulance driver for coming in the front entrance instead of the side door. They care more about their reputation than their patients. Nobody called to see how I was after going to the emergency room. Then when I went back to find out the name of the eye drops, and the nurse told me I wouldn't have extreme nausea or the other side effects I had (fainted and change in pulse rate) from the eye drops. I looked the name up and saw that in rare cases, you can have these side effects. I'll never return to that nightmare of a place.
