I will never go back to this facility again after the dishonesty with the staff . I checked in and I was told to pay half my balance which I pay on . So when I was called back the woman stated I had to pay the whole balance or I couldn’t get my Medical blood test done which I have to get done . It was extensive bloodwork . I said I can’t pay half the balance she said NO it needs to be paid . I have never had this happen before and very disgusted that I had to pay not 20.00 but I’m talking hundred of dollars and I couldn’t pay half . So either the check in is wrong or she was wrong . I feel the service was awful and the misinformation is disgusting . I will go to another lab that isn’t this company ever again .
