I had surgery in Sept 2021. My experience with anesthesia (at Mass Eye & Ear) was great, woke up quickly, felt grade post surgery. My anesthesia experience with Norwood was horrible. I tried to share my prior experience with the anesthesiologist and he rushed along, mumbled something, was horrible. I could not wake up post surgery, and the nurse helped me get dressed. Two days post op, I still felt horrible. I would recommend my surgeon in a minute but not this location. (location was clean and nurses were great but not the anesthesiolgist. Pricing/Payment, I have no comment on.

STAY AWAY - They are fraudsters. They bill you for things your insurance company pays for resulting in double collecting. When you try to resolve the issue they say they cannot help and you need to call their billing service. Their billing service never answers the call and ultimately you get sent to voice mail. They then never call you back. They are fraudulently retaining patient money which is against the law. I believe a class action suit is needed.
