So my wife and I were just asked to leave by the rudest front desk staff ever. My mom is 67 years old and can no longer see paper well enough to sign. Naturally I signed her paperwork to help. I can't remember her name but the lady behind the desk was giving me the hardest time! Mind you my mother is present the entire time so if there was a question about this signature coming from me, well the patient was right there and ok with all of it. After she insisted I go sit down my wife came over to help and that's when the rude lady behind the desk said "take all the time you need" but LITERALLY didn't allow my wife to help before she started tapping her ugly finger on the desk insisting that my mom should somehow magically begin to see the line on the paper. It's rude, she's elderly and deserves respect. These ladies turned it into an argument about power of attorney when it never needed to be as the patient was present through the entirety. That's when Suzette came from the back to continue yelling at my family instead of hearing anything from our version of the events. She kicked us out so I cancelled my mom's follow up and also have removed myself from the doctors roster. Dr Sood seemed to be a reasonable doctor but I refuse to be a patient if he's going to continue hiring people of this caliber.

I would not recommend this facility. They do not bill your provider correctly and when you bring their error to their attention they simply ignore it. You continue to get bills with charges that were covered by your insurance but due to uneducated staff do not get paid. I have filed a complaint with the State of NV to help get this claim resolved before the statue of limitations runs out. With all the time and resources I have put into trying to get this claim resolved, I should be on their payroll.

The nurses were wonderful and caring . The facility was really nice. The front desk seems to have to make an effort to be personable. Wondering why patients and those who accompany them have to wait in the general public lobby instead of the facilities lobby

This post has to do with billing. I have received several notices on a $968. bill for a colonoscopy. Each time I call and ask did they bill Medicare? or my secondary Tricare?? Each time they say they will, but I keep getting past due bills. NOW I get a notice from a bill collector!! Guess I'll have to go in person and straighten this out :( I was treated and well cared for during the colonoscopy, but the billing department is ruining my credit.
