Was very disappointed in their process. Kept getting phone calls and when we tried to return them, no one knew what we were being called about. Got to the hospital when we were told to, only to be told we were scheduled for the surgery and hour earlier, yet no one had informed us. Never got to be with my spouse pre or post surgery. Was not called to be informed when they were out of surgery, they just showed up out in the hallway and said, ok, ready to go. The bill was also about $5000 more than anticipated. We also asked if we should register on line, the person we talked to had no idea what we were talking about nor knew they had that service on the website. We were not given a patient satisfaction form and can not find out how to get one...guess they don't want you to report their poor service.
