Went in for some cervical xrays . . . the receptionist that took my appointment was extremely professional and friendly. When I went in, I think the person at the front counter was the same who processed my appointment. Again, very efficient and friendly. The xray tech was equally customer-oriented and showed genuine concern for my well-being as she positioned my head and neck for the various shots she needed as well as having to hold two moderately heavy sandbags for one shot from the side to lower my shoulders. I've worked in customer service related positions throughout my working career. Now that I'm retired, I always take time to comment when I recognize customer service taken seriously. I told both of the ladies (Joanna and Lisa) that they need to get a little something extra from their boss and both responded similarly with, "I love my job." It shows.
