I'm giving it 1 star only because they don't offer a lesser option. We were told to arrive for a surgical appointment at 1:30 and after sitting in ice cold preop room for 3 1/2 hours with no explanation for the delay I asked a staff member what was going on. My question was obviously an insult and an unwelcome intrusion. She was rude, condescending and aggressive. I am an office manager to a large physician group so I understand that "things" arise that are out of your control and delays will happen. BUT to leave a patient sitting in preop without any explanation or to even check on you from time to time is inexcusable. If you value your time at all my advice would be to go elsewhere.
