In the past 2 months I had to use this facility 3 times. Twice through the ER and finally through out patient surgery. Every time the experience was a 10 out of 10. The ER docs, nurses and entire staff were thorough, compassionate and very competent. When I went in for my procedure, they had the entire registration process dialed in like a well oiled machine. They allowed 2 hours for the registration and it took almost all of that. They made the experience as pleasant as one can make such a time. I had a late afternoon procedure (4pm) and did experience a short delay in getting in, but nothing worth getting upset about. The entire OR staff was great. That includes pre-op, OR and recovery. Overall, they made everything as pleasant as humanly possible and I would highly recommend this facility. I could not accurately answer the monetary and billing questions as health insurance covered everything. That is why I just gave them a good rating and not the full 5 stars.
