Located in Lexington, KY, Colorectal Surgical & Gastroenterology Associates (CSGA) has a clear mission: "to provide our patients with the highest quality prevention, detection and treatment of digestive diseases in a caring, compassionate manner". We are dedicated to providing patients the highest quality in the prevention and treatment of digestive diseases. All of our gastroenterologists and colorectal surgeons are board certified and lead in the areas of gastroenterology as well as colorectal care and surgery. We strongly encourage colon cancer screenings and are dedicated to prevention techniques and research. Among the wide range of services provided are treatments for Crohn’s disease, difficulty in swallowing, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, hepatitis and colon and rectal cancer. Colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures are performed at our state of the art facility which is Joint Commission Accredited. We use modern, high-definition colonoscopy and EGD equipment.
