This is not the place to go if you have health problems that you are concerned about or if you expect professional service. From the start there were mistakes and problems and this should've been a hint to go elsewhere. I was told numerous different times for my appt when they called to confirm I was going to be there, I was given two pairs of pants and no shirt when it was time to change into scrubs for my procedure, and then it took almost 20 minutes to find a place to start my IV, on top of all this, two days afterwards, I get a call stating the radiologist looked at my MRI and wanted to get a few more views and would I come back at no charge. I asked why they were calling and not my Dr., if something was wrong and they needed a more in depth view, they stated it was "nothing alarming but that it was something I needed to do." WOW, really!!!!! I asked if the radiologist had talked with my Dr and was told that he had been sent a report (not true) I also asked if I needed to come back because they had made a mistake and was told "NO" but in fact I just got a message from my Dr., and was told they did not do the views they were supposed to do for my disease. So now I have to do NPO again, drink contrast AGAIN, and spend a good portion of my day having something done that should've been done properly the first time, not only that, my body reacts to the contrast in such a way that I spent the evening following the MRI in the bathroom, so I will have to experience this again too!!! This could of all been avoided had I gone some place else. I am very disappointed in this situation to say the least!!!!!
