I had an appointment for Friday, May 6, 2022. I got to my appointment, and I was told it was cancelled. I had just confirmed it the week before!! No one called me to tell me it was cancelled!!! My doctor is waiting for the results! I could not get another appointment for TWO MONTHS!! This is a terrible way to run a business. Linda Mattia

Sorry But i waited over an hour - was 10 min early for a 3 oclock - at 4:10 i was told by the receptionist that my appt was for 4 , they put 3 on the sheet in case i 'needed a prep" asked for my co-pymt back but the receptionist wouldn't give me my original paper that said 3.... only a breif printed copy... will drive up the hill to the other office for better service... wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone..

I drove a couple to this location from Simi Valley, he had appointment at 9:30 and they were told the night before to be there by 9:15. we arrived at 9:09 I checked him in was told to sit. After 50 min. I just went to ask how much longer because I had few more patients to transport and translate. She became so angry and start talking nonsense, very rude. All I ask how much longer, and she was yelling about a lady that I did not know what she was talking about. She is not fit to work in front office. Tuesday October 1st .
