They need to talk to/retrain "Interventional Radiology" (or whoever calls to report the test results) because they called me at 5:04 PM today and when I picked up, they hung up on me! I immediately called back only to get the "At 5PM we're closed, call again during business hours" message... THEY HAD ALL DAY TO CALL ME, why do that?! Felt like intentional avoidance and now they delayed any treatment I could've done so I'm feeling awful, angered and stressed. I've had other smaller unpleasant experiences before in July 2021 where they passed over me when I checked in for surgery, so I waited an hour or so in the lobby until they realized they missed me. When I was wheeled out by a guy after the surgery, he acted impatient and nervous when he didn't see my ride pick me up right away, questioning me even though I'm still waking up from anesthesia. I remember it because he was making ME feel nervous by that time, like I did something wrong to make him wait with me outside even though the hospital puts out a call prior to confirm the pick-up. I don't know if he still works there and acts like that but just something to take note of to avoid. It's just all now making me rethink coming here for my newest procedure, I don't feel secure in these small circumstances.
