I went to the Northern Virginia Surgery Center for my sinus surgery and had a very good experience there. I do wish that I was provided paperwork with the billing layout, however I do trust that they will bill me as they told me they would. Dr. Orfaly is the best ENT doctor I have ever met and he did a great job! I am looking forward to better breathing after my sinuses heal! :-)

I was deeply disgusted with this surgery center. My husband had surgery today and all I was listening to in the hallway was the nurses complaining about one another and bad mouthing each other. Then the nurse comes in and wasn't able to place the IV in my husbands arm well. Even though she hurt him by sticking his hands multiple times, she was talking to another nurse without feeling compassion for my husband, the patient. After surgery I was rushed back to my husband and during the recovery period I heard another nurse bad mouthing the director because she was bad mouthing one of the physicians. I could see the animosity and hatred everyone had with each other. One nurse said that the patient was too fat and needed to lose weight and was joking about this with another lady, with whom I later found out was the director of the center a Sheree Lopez. I asked the nurse, is this how it is here? She literally looked at me and said everyone has issues with the director. She can be a "explicit" most of the time. Shocked I looked at my husband and told him this was the worst place to be as a patient and apparently as an employee. From the director down to the nurses, they all hate each other and talk about patients. Was completely disgusted by this center.
