The lady at the front desk was very rude and very unprofessional. She told me after I walked in and made my entry in the machine, I asked her if they got the order from the Blend institute from my doctor. It took her a long time and she got an attitude. Asked me two times for my name and birth date. Then she told me since I did not have an appointment it would be about an hour and half wait. There were only 3 people in there. I could go on and on but there is not enough room here to write everything she said and did. I asked her name. She said Maria but would not give me her last name. I asked the other lady drawing blood and she said her name was Rosi. So now my blood was not put in on April 30th. It was delayed until May 2! I called headquarters and made a complaint. They never called me back like they said they would.
