Always have surgery at a real full hospital.Never have surgery at these doctor owned for profit outpatient centers. Instead of walking out, I left in an ambulance and almsot died. A four hour procedure almost took my life. Cheack out your doctor and use a full hospital.

I was called several days before my surgery explaining to me what my portion would be for the surgery. I was able to do my registration online so that when I came in the day of surgery there would be less paperwork. Who likes to fill out paperwork when you are already nervous about the surgery. When I pulled up to the surgery center I was not sure due to the appearance of the buidling, however, when I walked in everything was very nice, new and clean. The staff was very personable, which does not happen in a hospital setting. Once the insurance paid I owed less than I was quoted and received my refund in a timely manner. I was in recovery for a long time however it did not feel like it and I think that is why some people feel like they are rushed, you are so groggy after surgery that you don't realize that 2 hours have passed. I have recommended Precision Surgery Center to three other people who have had surgery there and as me were very satisfied. I think everyone has their own perception and there are some people that will not be happy no matter what the outcome is. As for the review above the person leaving in the ambulance, there must have been an underlying condition and going to the hospital is the best option at that point rather than going home.
