I was referred to this facility because my cardiologist thought I might have sleep apnea because I stated that I wasn’t sleeping well (who is during this period). I spent a night at this facility and it was determined (reluctantly it seemed) that I did not have sleep apnea. No one ever discussed price. I was shocked a month later when my insurance co. was billed over $3600 for this glorified “sleep study”! I would highly recommend that before choosing this facility that you shop around and get comparative prices even if it is going to be covered by Medicare or your insurance company. And also, no one could answer my question of why I felt so bad in the mornings—-bad sleeping position? Bad pillows? You would think they would be experts at knowing if it’s better to sleep with your head elevated or level? A complete waste of time and money, in my opinion.
