Racine was a horrible, waste of time and money.. 10-11-23 I tried the MRI at Layton but too claustrophobic. So they refunded my 600+ dollars and said Racine has a larger one I could look into. If I think I could do 8 MRI’s lasting 5 hours in it, then make an appointment there. She set up a time of 3:30, on the phone with Racine while I was standing there an told me. To just go look at it I was standing at the Racine desk at 3:30 and was told that they JUST put a patient on the table and I can't see it. I asked you had another patient scheduled at 3:30? I asked so you made no plans for me at 3:30? I asked so I drove here from Milwaukee for nothing for a 3:30 appointment made by the Layton branch but you actually planned nothing to accommodate that appointment? The gal to my left said she was the one who was talking to Layton and not to be getting upset with them because she would try to do something to help me out. I was then told that the 3:30 patient would have a break in about 15 minutes if I wanted to hang around that long. The young gal to my right said they have a photo of one and handed me an over enlarged blurry photo that could kind of be made out but not enough for a semi claustrophobic person to see anything of value. Somewhere in this I said so the bottom line is too bad so sad for me? Wait around if I want to wait that long or drive back to Milwaukee? I finally asked to see the manager to complain about being sent here but no intention/plan to provide for me when I got here. She was as bad as or worse than the others with the attitude. I was told by the boss in the mild arguing that they did not make an appointment for me but that they had a tiny window holding her thumb and finger about ¼ inch apart. I think it was the seated woman at the desk to my left that said they did not plan anything because they did not think I would show up. (why they thought that is a mystery. Maybe the technique of when caught just try to make the one catching you feel guilty like they did something wrong then you avoid feeling guilty. – I’m guilty that THEY thought I would not show up - Bizarre psychology) I got the attitude treatment like I was some sort of misbehaving trouble making problem child because I was actually standing there at 3:30 like I was instructed to do. And actually expecting to do what I was sent there for. After enough of that attitude and mild arguing I said hold it, I have a new plan, I am not going to have 8 MRIs lasting 5 hours in this place with this attitude, forget it I will go somewhere else. I called the Layton branch that arraigned 3:30 and told them how I was getting an attitude like I am a misbehaving trouble making problem child causing Racine problems - What a bunch of ^&%%^ to treat a customer like that because he actually showed up at the time he was told to. And actually expected to do what he was sent there for. I asked Layton to please pass up the chain of command my congratulations on how to lose a customer, and that I am POed and I will find somewhere else. Racine was an unbelievable waste of time and money.
