Wendy’s ability to communicate clearly about what to expect post-procedure, and her prompt, thorough follow-up, were deeply reassuring and left me feeling well-supported as I transitioned home. Anesthesia A special mention to Dr. Wasiluk for skillfully handling anesthesia needs. Dr. Wasiluk’s expertise and calm, detailed explanations made the process feel safe and straightforward, further contributing to the smoothness and overall success of my care. Dr. Nasr The procedure itself was performed by Dr. Nasr, whose approach exemplifies the ideal of a patient-centered physician. Before starting, Dr. Nasr asked all the necessary questions and carefully listened to my concerns, especially regarding the reasons for this earlier-than-planned recheck. I was grateful for the chance to speak with someone of his broad knowledge—he encouraged me to ask detailed questions, including challenging ones related to possible visible consequences from my previous surgery, which two other doctors (INTs) couldn’t address. Dr. Nasr not only completed the EGD procedure with great precision and care but also answered all my long-standing questions in a way that was both clear and reassuring. His bedside manner, confidence, and professionalism are simply impeccable, adding to his extraordinary medical expertise. In summary, I was deeply impressed with the professionalism, empathy, and skill exhibited by the entire TCS team.
