My Review of Oak Surgery Center Done by TGJillian 10/25/2021 I was put on the list of surgeries for Friday 1:00pm this was different to me because I had never in all my years"70" to be exact had a surgery in the middle of the day, well things change Huh?. I read a couple reviews on this Center and they most often complained about the waiting room crowds and more also on the dressing areas not big or large enough to get the gowns we all wear in to the OR ( surgery room ). I am going to reform this talk not, saying that their opinions are wrong just not what I saw and went through this last week myself. What I saw wasn't enough people to fill the chairs that were open the whole time I was in there. And they had told me when to be there 15 mins early I was and other than filling out the paper work they called me in before I was done. I was directed by some very professional ladies {and girls/Women under 30 } I am a lady too, but I feel like all females are girls up to 30 years old then we are Lady's just a note on my thoughts. Well after escorting me to a bed surrounded by curtains given a gown to put on I had more than enough room to drop the dress and put on that open to the back clown gown. Men had to have dreamed up this piece of clothing really ? I told the girl she had me lay down put the wires on and the needle in place all done with a real oneness of the whole affair I was part of. Anything I asked was told to me in plain English even as I was super nervous because of a bad experience 2 years before in a hospital I have been Gun Shy about surgery of any kind. Everyone from the front desk ladies to the back office and with the OR crowd was super people I cannot emphases the consideration of the staff being nothing more than the top of their jobs.
