When we walked into the hospital, the receptionist was there YELLING at a deaf woman like it would help her hear. I know sign language and tried to help out, but the woman at the desk was completely rude and very loud, reading off the deaf womans personal info for everyone to hear. There was no attempt to be discreet about why the woman was there.
