I woke with unbelievable pain in my arm went to Fastmed Francam Drive was told I had to have an appointment?? I thought it was an Urgentcare??? They referred me to Highsmith Rainey so I went there and ended up having cellutitus which is quite bad ..I was given antibotics and bloodwork was done I was told I needed to have more bloodwork done in 2 days at my gp to be sure the infection had not spread to my blood .my gp was closed so I called fastmed and said that I needed a bloodwork followup. They gave me an appt for nest day I went waited 2 hours and when I was seen they said Oh! we don't do bloodwork here?? So I left.. they did nothing and they billed my insurance agency for an "Urgent Care" visit.. If they only do appts they need to not advertise as Urgent Care. Facility was clean but everything else was misrepresented.
