They are terrible. I waited two hours on a one hour wait time. They texted me when I was to have my appointment. I came in and responded to call, but they put me on yet another wait list. After 3 hours, I left. They messed up as they did not validate text response. They spent more time chatting and gossiping then patient service. I was not the only one to finally leave. Office staff is terrible. Go somewhere else then Pennsville. I would give them a 0 if I could!
