Southshore gave away my appointment time. Not only that, they didn't give me a courtesy call to let me know I was bumped. They didn't offer to reschedule the appointment. They instead felt it was a better situation to have me sit around, with no information, for over an hour before they told me they couldn't see me. Furthermore, the y must have sold my contact information to a phiher because someone tried calling me to give them credit card information over the phone. Oakwood cannot be trusted.
